工作职责：

• Control the maintenance process of Metro vehicle. Conduct the specific inspection according to related standard. To ensure the maintenance process quality could fulfill all the requirements.
对地铁车辆的维保过程进行控制，执行特定的质量检验过程，保证维保过程质量满足要求；
• Lead or coordinate other department to track, analysis and improve the quality problems during maintenance. 
主导或协助其他部门对生产过程中产生的不良问题进行追踪、统计、分析和改进
• Collect and analyze the quality performance in process, take improvement actions according to the result of statistical
统计分析工序的质量状况，并根据统计结果进行质量改进
• Analyze and handle the feedbacks from customer, coordinate to solve the customer complaints
对客户反馈回来的问题进行分析处理，并协调解决客户抱怨
• Corporation with project, technical and production departments to finish quality related works 
与项目、技术、生产等部门合作完成有关的质量工作。

任职要求：
• Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical or electrical or related
大学本科及以上学历，机械或电气相关专业
• 4 years or above quality control experience in mechanical/electrical or related industry
四年及以上制造或相关行业质量控制工作经历
• Metro vehicle Maintenance working experiences are preferred.
有地铁车辆维保工作经验者优先 
• Teamwork and good pressure coping; good communication and problem analysis capability
良好的团队合作精神和较强的抗压能力，有较强的沟通和问题分析能力
• Skilled in using Quality control tools & methods
熟练使用质量控制相关工具
• Good command of English
良好的英文听说读写能力
