2年的半导体封装/测试工厂供应商质量管理的经验。熟悉半导体封装/测试厂质量体系和生产工艺流程；熟悉半导体封装/测试厂的原材料特性及其检测控制方法；熟悉MRB流程；熟悉处理供应商质量问题的流程和供应商的质量等级评估；熟悉供应商审核。

我英文如下：
I have two years experience with supplier quality management in semiconductor packaging and test plant. Good understanding and knowledge of Understanding of ISO-9000/2000, TS-16949, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, 8D. Good understanding and knowledge of semiconductor packaging and test plant’s material characteristics and test man method. Good working knowledge on Incoming Material Quality Control Plan and supplier management.
