MSA（第三版）要求讨论 ！

在上个月的TS审核时，审核员开出一张报告，内容如下：

DESCRIPTION OF OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE：
The profile measurement system was used to provide the data for SPC, while the GRR% results based on process variation were 107% and ndc was 1, and measurement system analysis conclusion still was acceptable.投影仪的MSA结果是GRR%=107%，NDC=1不符合MSA（第三版）要求，（因为此不符合项不是我陪审的，再者本人对MSA不甚了解）。
请教大家，在第三版MSA的具体哪里提到GRR% 和NDC的判定准则，谢谢！
