4M,5W,CCAR

我公司与顾客签定的质量协议中，有一条这样写道：
If the product supplied by party B has any quality problem happening at Party A site or Party A's customer site, Party B should take containment action as per Party A'srequirements within 24h upon reception of advice from Party A, submit root cause analysis, corrective action plan(i.e. 4M, 5W and CCAR) to Party A within 48h, complete action plan and validate within specified time in CCAR and submit 8D report.
请问其中的4M，5W和CCAR是什么意思？特别是CCAR，我从来没有听说过。
4M是否是指人、机、料、法；
5W是否是五个为什么；
CCAR又是什么？
