某美资公司招聘6sigma黑带，要求三年以上工作经验，工科背景，制造经验，工作地点在江苏省张家港。具体要求如下：

Responsibilities：
◎Define, lead and facilitate operational Six-sigma projects to ensure timely start-up and reliable future operation.
◎Focus on overall operational aspects of the future integrated site inclusive of safety, security, logistics, day-to-day operational effectiveness as well as IP protection.
◎Build on current operational set-ups elsewhere but modifying these to anticipate China’s and the new site’s special needs.
◎Interact with operational teams globally。
◎Stimulate management by exploring new ways of doing things and challenging the existing paradigms.

Qualifications：
◎Preferably a degree in some kind of discipline
◎Good knowledge of Six-Sigma
◎Black Belt certification within DCC or from another accredited organization will be an advantage but not a must
◎Good Planning and organizing skills
◎Good Interpersonal, Team building and Team leadership skills
◎Good assertiveness and a Can-do attitude
◎Able to think out-of-the-box and adapt to new environment
◎Able to follow a disciplined methodology
◎Fluent in English and preferably also some knowledge of Mandarin
◎Some experience in chemical plant operation will be a plus
