招聘要求

1. Responsibility of the function, Process quality assurance in the BU-Sensor:
Continue improvement in the BU-Sensor
To establish and maintain continue improvement culture in the BU-Sensor by implementation and use of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA ect. methods and tools, lead and influence others to have CI mindset.
Process quality management 
Manage and track process quality run as quality book definition, ensure Engineer Modification Order implementation correctly and timely, do continue improvement and preventive corrections.
Data analysis and reporting standardization
According to raw data to do data analysis and build reporting, support management to do some decisions and improvement opportunities identify; Create raw data collection if necessary. 
QMS(Quality Management System)
Optimization QMS and track implementation in BU-Sensor, Maintain BU-Sensor QMS and support other departments to build missed QMS parts.






2. Detailed job description:
• Deploy continue improvement projects, utmost to prevent similar case happen.
• To manage modification requests (EMO), IPQC plans and implementation
• To manage quality relevant issues in the assembly lines, open a CI project if necessary
• Raw data analysis and create reporting, monitor, and highlight to teams when abnormal happen and push relevant owners to correct.
• Lead QRQC(Quick Response Quality Control) when need and verify the result of actions.
• Good connection with NPI and PE team to ensure process quality control is well identified and monitored. 
• Ensure product reliability monitor is well implemented.
• Maintain and optimize QMS and support other departments to build missed parts.
3. Additional tasks 
• Support quality leader for external and internal audit
• Other tasks assigned by leader.
4. Candidate requirements
• More than 3 years quality or continue improvement work experiences, in sensor or cable and wire industry are preferred.
• Familiar with continue improvement tools like Kaizen, PDCA and L6S, L6S certification is preferred.
• Sensitive to large amounts of data, can use data analysis tools to do reporting like power BI.
• Fluent oral and writing English is preferred.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
