Job Description: Quality Engineer  
职位描述：质量工程师
Responsibilities 岗位描述: 
Responsible for helping quality supervisor controlling product, supplier and system to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets by testing, auditing and improving.
负责协助质量主管，通过测试、审核、改进等方式，管控产品、供应商、体系，以满足质量、成本、交付等方面的要求。
Duties职责: 
• Report to quality supervisor.
• 向质量主管汇报。
• Develops and maintains Trinity quality control system that will exceed our customers’ expectations.
• 开发和维护Trinity质量控制体系，以超越客户的期望。
• Ensures supplier and sub-supplier quality control meets Trinity requirements.
• 确保供应商和子供应商的质量管控符合TRINITY的要求。
• Participate in Sourcing and supplier management.
• 参与寻购和供应商管理的工作。
• Complete advance quality planning in product development.
• 产品开发中的前期质量策划。
• Ensures quality of information in product development process.
• 确保产品开发过程中信息的质量。
• Onsite audits of suppliers.
• 供应商现场审核。
• Determines and implements areas of quality improvement by identifying opportunities through analysis of customer feedback data.
• 通过数据反馈中改进的机会，确认和实施质量改进活动。
• Resolves quality issues by utilizing quality tools and verifying preventive actions.
• 运用质量工具处理和验证质量问题。
• Facilitate product, packaging and palletizing validation.
• 批准产品、包装、装柜。
• Maintains standardization of product development document templates.
• 维护产品开发的标准化文件。
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• 通过参加培训、看专业出版物、建立个人网络、对标最先进的做法、参加专业协会，以保持专业和技术知识。
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• 根据需要完成相关任务，为团队工作做出贡献。
Skills and Qualifications技能和资格: 
• Problem Solving, Data Analysis, Project Management, Quality Control Methods, Develop Standards, Continuous Improvement, Documentation Skills, Support Innovation, Communication in Chinese and English.
• 问题解决、数据分析、项目管理、质量控制方法、制定标准、持续改进、文档技能、创新支持、中英文交流。
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred.
• 工程学士学位优先。

Location地点: 
Based in Shanghai, China, 10-25% travel will be required.
