In my opinion, the QC is a person who control the actual product quality, such as a inspector or checker.
the QA is a person who use a kinds of management method, such as 6δ, to prevent the nonconformity, such as a quality system engineer or quality manager.
the QE is a person who instruct the inspectors' or checkers' work, he or she must be familiar with the process or product.
It's my own understanding, maybe there are some misunderstanding.
