除非是你的GRR作错了,不然哪有这样的可能。
如果GRR是相对客户规格容差>30%的话。那么你的量测系统系统的变异就已经占了30%了,再加上产品本身的变异,CPK怎么可能会高呢?
你上面所作的GRR,很明显在BY PART的图形中可以看出,选取的样本过于接近。所以人为地缩小了所表现的过程变异。导致GRR太大。
