喷漆硬度测试

DUR-O-test(type:BYK-Gardner), samples

DUR-O-Test儀(型號：BYK-Gardner)，待測部件。

1. Test procedure測試程序：

6.1 Set up spring/安裝彈簧

a. Turn and open the awl and inside pin of equipment

轉動并打開錐尖及其內針；

b. Insert the spri

插入彈簧；

c. Reset the awl and inside pin

將錐尖及其內針复位。


6.2 Adjust force to customer's requirement(100gf,200gf etc.) then stand and stable the

equipment.

根据客户要求調節彈力(100克，200克等),立起并固定儀器；


6.3 Hardness testing 硬度測量：

a. Put the tester head on the plastic parts vertically

將測試儀測頭垂直置于待測組件上；

b. Keep pressure on tester and pull it move around 10mm. Tester head surface have to

keep close with plastic part surface

給待測件表面加壓，并平行于表面拉動待測組件約10mm；

c. Check the plastic parts surface, if the hardness not enough then the surface will

have scratch mark

檢查組件外觀，如果涂層硬度不夠表面將留下一條划痕；

d. If no scratch then OK, otherwise not OK and mark "x".

如果符合要求，在報告上划“ v ”；否則，划“X”；

e. Retest if needed, procedure same as ab

如果必要的話，重复上述測試；

f. Loose screw and spring, put frame on "0" position, spring can been kept inside of

equipment

打開螺釘放松彈簧，并舉起支架至“O”位置，彈簧可不取出；


Attention: After tested have to unload the spring.

注意：測試完后須給彈簧卸載。
