SQE工作如何？
做QE很久了，没有做过SQE.想尝试下。
不过，我所在的几个公司SQE似乎很受气，supplier是客户或者老板指定，管理很困难也很受气,可谓内外受气。

requirements
• Above university degree and at least 5 years experience in relative industry .
• Good interpersonal and teamwork concept
• Good organizing skill to well control and inspire the team to reach the quality objectives
• Experienced in supplier quality management and auditing / monitoring
• Good English writing and speaking
Resoponsibility
• Daily / weekly / monthly review supplier`s performance and push supplier to improve their quality continuously
• Handling the critical quality issue and chair the team meeting with supplier to get the short-term and long-term solution , strictly control supplier`s process and our IQC inspection to stabilize our in-process quality
• Regularly auditing our supplier`s quality system and irregularly survey as major quality event occurred or the quality status of the incoming is unstable
• Annual quality review with supplier to summarize the performance and set up new target .
• New supplier review with relative departments
