还是不符合项的问题
上海嘉里的交付是100%，因为当月他们供货时是没有供，但给我打了电话，说明了原因，所以我还是评了他100%，这点小问题也让他们看出来了，~~~怎么改啊
这个就是原文：
“Requirement: 7.4.1.2 requires that the organization shall perform supplier quality manaagement system development with the goal of supplier conformity with this technical specification... 7.4.2 requires that purchasing information shall describe the product to be purchased... 7.4.3.2 requires that the supplier performance shall be monitored through the following indicators: --delivery schedule performance.
Failure: 1. Supplier quality management development evidence for the domestic supplier ( shanghai Jiali) was not available; 2. The S. C symbol requirements of leakage for part 25600-23600 was not clearly transfered to supplier Kunshan Juquan 3. For supplier Shanghai Jiali, the OTD target was not meet in Mar/06, but the OTD perormance monitoring result demonstrated as 100%. 以满足TS要求为目标对国内供应商上海嘉里体系开发的证据未见；25600-23600 零件 特殊特性-泄漏的要求未传递给供应商昆山钜全；06年3月份供应商上海嘉里的准时交付未满足要求，但准时交付纪录显示为100%”
