工作职责

1、 对于供应商提供的货物进行检验以确保在出运前货物的优良品质
2、 组织及估算供应商确保质量的行为，建立改进方法
3、 对于所有产品从第一批起进行跟踪维护和改进，并对报告进行分析
4、 负有不断改进检验程序的职责
5、 具体职责如下：
A访问供应商
B货物检验
C新货检验
D对此品进行照相记录及分析改进
E提高产品质量

Supplier Quality Assurance Inspector China Operation

Personal Requirements:

1. 4 years college degree
2. spoken and writing English
3. enjoy clerical and administrative work

8. methodical approach to problem solving
9. safety conscious

Role and Responsibilities:
• Conduct new and existing product inspections utilizing defined AQL (Approved Quality Levels) prior to shipment at suppliers.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier quality assurance activities and establish metrics and programs to improve.
• Maintain, develop and report on outgoing first-time quality tracking system for all products. Analyze and report data to Hinkley International management.
• Monitor and manage the proficiency and capacity of the outgoing supplier inspection process.
• Provide technical direction and continuous improvement recommendations to suppliers.
• Responsible for tracking and improving supplier performance
• Participate on supplier quality improvement teams
• Ensure timely supplier response to all Supplier Corrective Action Reports.
• Provide daily reports on all activities to Hinkley International management, to include, but not limited to:
o Supplier area(s) visited
o Products Inspected and Quantity
o Quality inspection reports
o First-time quality metrics
o Photographs and Observations
o Quality Improvement Initiatives
