2. Q+ Capability
Capability will be calculated for every cavities as follow:
- Pick n°10 pcs from each cavity and measure every dimensions;
- Calculate range ( the Vmax-Vmin ) and identify worse cavity ( larger range );
- Pick n°50 pcs of worse cavity and calculate capability.
3. Mould Chart ( compulsory for mould parts )
4. IMDS
5. Origin Certificate
6. Planning ( compulsory for supplies of equipment )

IMDS是一种汽车行业的在线数据库，可以从一辆车的序列号中找到组成该车的每一个零件使用的材料及厂家。我公司前年做过了，刚填的时候有点麻烦。
2其实就是要你计算设备的CMK。
