International News : Samsung has officially announced in a Korean press release that they selected Nemko for RoHS compliance certification of three new LCD TV models and nine PC monitor models, which are now being launched worldwide. These products are the first to be marked by here shown Nemko RoHS-verified and Green Eco marks. The necessary chemical testing was performed at Certitek in Korea, which is authorized for such testing under Nemko’s EcoLA program. Samsung is considering more of their products to be likewise evaluated and marked by Nemko.
